Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 pounds ground chuck, browned and drained
  • 2 (24 ounce) cans prepared pasta sauce or 6 cups homemade pasta sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (or an equal blend of dried basil, dried oregano, and thyme leaves)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup water
